Plexus 2k explictly grants the right to any Internet service to link to any nextdaygraphics.com page with an ".shtml" or a ".php" extension and to any nextdaygraphics.com forums page with a ".pl" extension, so long as the linking page does not place the nextdaygraphics.com page in a frame or alter its appearance in any way. Plexus 2k forbids the linking to any file stored on nextdaygraphics.com that does not have one of the above extensions.

This site is controlled and operated by Plexus 2k from its offices Plymouth, Devon UK. Plexus 2k makes no representations that materials in this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with any and all local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. No software from this site may be downloaded, exported or re-exported into (or to a national or resident of) any country or countries that are subject to U.K. export restrictions.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such Country. Any action you bring to enforce this agreement or any matters related to this site shall be brought in the United Kingdom Courts. All completed orders will be deemed to be a contract to order, cancellations will be made only up until goods have been despatched and charged 10% handling fee of the full amount payable plus the credit, debit card or paypal fees as applied at the time of the order.  

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by post or e-mail.

Image Uploading / Downloading

You will ensure that all content that if you upload information, it is yours or you have copy rights to the uploaded material. You agree to all terms and conditions within the terms and conditons documentation. If you do not agree with any part or parts thereof, you must not upload the data.

All material you share with Next Day Graphics via upload will not be offensive. If it is deemed offensive, we reseve all rights to remove it in whole or in part.

By uploading content, you agree that you surrender partial rights to Next Day Graphics. This constitutes the rights to undertake any or all of the services offered by Next Day Graphics and associated companies in as far as is necessary to conduct our business affairs, without limitation of any kind. This means that Next Day Graphics shall not be subject to charges unless those charges relate directly to the commission gained by the member uploading the image or the transferance of data to a paying customer, whereupon the standard charges apply. (See below)

Watermarked Images

Downloading of watermarked images is free to all visitors.

You agree that upon upload, various sized copies of your image will be made to increase download speed and render the site more useale and serviceable to all. As part of this process, you agree that necessary watermarks will be added to the images to prevent fraud, theft and copyrights.

Removal of Images

If you deem an image to be offensive, please contact us immediately.

We will aim to remove the image within 24 hours for a decision to be made by site administrators. Upon an administrator decision being made, action will be taken as soon as reasonably practicable to permanently remove / re-activate the image and that decision will be final.

If you feel that an uploaded image breeches your copyright, please contact us immediately whereby the above procedure will be implemented.

Standard Charges

Standard charges refers to the combined charges as set by the uploading member and Next Day Graphics as a company and / or individuals associated to Next Day Graphics.

Upon upload, a member sets their own charge for the image, which is uploaded with the image details to the server. This image data is then added to our charge rates to calculate the final charge to the downloading member.

Redeeming Credits

Once you have earned 50 or more credits, you may redeem the credits by clicking on the "redeem credits" button on your control panel page. next day Graphics make a charge of 5 credits for this service due to administration needs.

Change of Terms

Next Day Graphics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Therefore responsibility remains with each individual visitor to check these terms for any changes, on a regular basis. Failure to comply with this documentation constitutes agreement from you to waive, in full, any liability of Next Day Graphics, associated partners or companies against loss or dammages against persons or property as far as is applicable under UK law.
